Thank You From Broxtowe Youth Homelessness

December 2017

Broxtowe Youth Homelessness want to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful people who have donated to us on the run up to the festive period. Alongside cash donations we have had Christmas presents, food, toiletries and homeware all flying in at an amazing rate!

All of the donations will go towards supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and getting them back on track.

Thank you to Andy Melaugh for the second year running making a very generous cash donation towards our Christmas party.
Councillor Brian Hull for speaking to the local community and getting the word out about our project resulting in numerous donations.
William Lilley School for the lovely toiletries they collected.
Ecclesbourne School for their very kind donation.
The Salvation Army donated sleeping bags and also a batch of brand new women’s coats.
Farmfoods have provided us with a voucher to use towards our food parcels.
Erewash Writers Group that provided much needed food supplies.
The Nottingham Building Society in Stapleford for letting us host our wrapping service in their offices.
Eaton Farm for hosting our Christmas party and providing lovely food.
Baldwins Accountants for the proceeds from their dress down day.
Nationwide in Beeston for collecting food and toiletries.
Helen, on behalf of her daughter Claire, for the beautiful hand sewn bags used as Christmas presents.
Tesco for providing children’s presents and wrapping paper for our wrapping service.
Jesse Thorpe and his Mum for the variety of donations they dropped at our offices.
Lush for providing Christmas presents for our young people.
And to all the individuals and businesses that have made other donations or supported us in other ways, not just during the festive period but continually throughout the year!

I can assure you all that every minute of your time, every penny, every tin of beans and every bar of soap is greatly appreciated and we will continue our work next year with the aim of supporting any young people who need us.

We look forward to working with you all in the future.

A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all at BYH
