November 2019
Broxtowe Youth Homelessness are excited to announce that we have been awarded £5,000 from the John F Mortimer fund.
John F Mortimer was a highly respected Freemason in Nottingham who left a sum of money to be used for charitable causes. This fund is now administered through the Freemasons.
BYH were invited to give a presentation on 29th October and then invited back to attend a meeting with the Provincial Charity Committee on 13th November, where it was announced we would be receiving £5,000.
The money will be used to provide further training, including Independent Living, Personal Emotional Resilience and the Growing Ambitions Project.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to find out more about the work we do and decided to grant us this funding.
